This series is a happy homecoming for a surrealist painter mostly heralded from South Australia and now celebrating a Sydney debut. A new era for a singing heart that has travelled across oceans and found butterfly valleys in all sorts of worldly crevises. Where at every fork in the road the choice to paint was already chosen. The landscapes are rich with intuitive colour and emotion, a surrealist rock’n’roll landscape fantasy where feeling is truth.
